When visiting our website, information is automatically sent to our server by your browser. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected without your action and stored until automatic deletion:

• IP address of the requesting computer

• Name and URL of the retrieved file
• Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
• Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision of the website).

3. Data Processors

To provide our services we use carefully selected service providers as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR):

• Email delivery: Brevo (Sendinblue/Brevo, France, EU) – sending appointment and prescription confirmations as well as appointment reminders.
• SMS delivery: Twilio (Twilio Inc., USA) – sending appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS.
• Database hosting: Supabase (Supabase Inc.; hosting in the EU / Frankfurt) – storage of appointment, prescription and patient account data.

Where required, data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are concluded with these providers. Details are available on request.

4. Google Maps

We link to Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the link is accessed, data is transferred to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
